Kimberly Rivera is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. She has extensive expertise in civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work in the defense of personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, products liability, premises liability, and professional malpractice actions.
Ms. Rivera received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California in 1998 and Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Los Angeles in 1991. While at USC MS. Rivera was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and worked as a legal intern to the Honorable Harry Pregerson, Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Rivera’s present practice focuses on defending the Firm’s national clients against toxic tort, asbestos and benzene products liability, and premises liability actions. Ms. Rivera is admitted to practice before all the California State Courts, the United States Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
